Steel cutting ceremony

The steel cutting for the first newbuild, Island Evolution, commenced in Braila, Romania, with key project leaders from Island Offshore and VARD present, and a keel-laying ceremony is planned for May 6, followed by the steel cutting for the second newbuild, Island Explorer, on July 1.
